Jullus can now duck

Things completed today:

- Fixed bug where a lot of things would make you switch characters.
- Did preliminary things to make Jullus not have Jonar's attack combo or block.
- Made Jullus duck.
- Started making Jullus' charge attack.

As you might have noticed in the video, Jullus' charge attack isn't really working yet. I'm planning on having a different image show up for each time your damage increases so that you know what's happening as well as maybe making Jullus' become more and more red over time to show that he's getting angrier and angrier.
